Gold production started at the Orxontuul-4 placer of Bead Mining LLC in Selenge in January 2021. Gold will be produced from this placer until late 2021 and probably longer. This is our flagship gold mine. It is located North of the Zaamar gold placer area.
After May 2021 the second gold mine Galgatain Gol will be put on stream in the Bugat placer area farther to the Northeast, in the North Khentii Gold Belt in Selenge. The third placer Shorgooljiin Gol is planned after Galgatain Gol. More mines and a high-resolution geophysical placer investigation at Nariin Gol West are in the pipeline for 2021.
